Station
Casinos’ celebrated steakhouse concept, the Charcoal Room, is now open daily
for dinner at Palace Station. This opening marks the second Charcoal Room
location in Las Vegas as it first originated at sister property Santa Fe
Station. The new location features fresh and vibrant design elements for an
elevated dining experience in a comfortable atmosphere.
As part
of Station Casinos’ dedication to offering the best neighborhood steakhouse
dining experience in Las Vegas, this classic American steakhouse showcases an
extensive menu including top-grade cuts of beef, market select fresh seafood,
scrumptious appetizers, generous salads and side dishes, all at an incredible
value.
Guests
can indulge in an impressive seafood jumbo jackpot appetizer featuring Maine
lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters, Alaskan crab and colossal lump crab that can be
enjoyed as a single or shared group experience. Other popular menu items
include oysters on the half shell, seared Hawaiian ahi tuna, lobster chowder,
steakhouse chopped salad, bone-in pan-seared rib eye (marinated or broiled) and
an outstanding porterhouse, all cooked to perfection. Guests can also choose
one of two selections of dry-aged USDA prime beef including a bone-in New York
steak or top sirloin, along with an array of side dishes such as creamed fresh
corn Au Gratin, tater tots and asparagus.
The
restaurant features 170 selections of fine wines located in a gorgeous
glass-encased wine room at the entrance of the restaurant, along with 20
exceptional wines by the glass to seamlessly pair with the food menu. Guests
can imbibe in a selection of classic and specialty cocktails, such as a Maple
Apple Martini (Crown Maple, Apple Schnapps, bitters, fresh apple) and Espresso
Chocolate Martini (Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua, Crème de Cacao, fresh espresso),
along with distilled spirits and beer, offering something for everyone. A spacious
private dining room is also available for group experiences.

Room is open Sunday-Thursday from 5pm-10pm and Friday-Saturday from
