Popular
best-selling author, actress, comedian and talk show host Chelsea Handler
brought her Uganda Be Kidding Me tour to the mophie Stage inside The Chelsea at
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas last night (Friday, June 13).
The
Wild Wolf Band, comprised of comedians Josh Wolf and Jiffy Wild, warmed up the
crowd with its unique musical humor. Following, Chelsea Handler took the stage
becoming the first headlining comedian to perform at The Cosmopolitan. Named
after her recent best-selling book “Uganda Be Kidding Me,” Handler’s set
recounted details from her travels through Africa, Europe and the Bahamas.
During her set, the multi-talented entertainer had the audience in stitches
from her clever, crude and hilarious take on her family and her awkward upbringing.
Handler returns to The Chelsea for a second show this evening (Saturday, June
14).
Inspired
by some of the world’s most iconic venues, The Chelsea is a 40,000 square-foot
transformable space featuring remnant brick tiling, an eclectic collection of
stage production props, a vintage lobby bar, private VIP opera boxes and a
memorable grand staircase complete with a dramatic chandelier.

Concert (June 28), Weezer with special guests Walters and Saint Motel (Aug. 1),
