This
summer, Innovative Dining Group (IDG)’s beloved sushi outpost at the Caesars
Palace Forum Shops, Sushi Roku, is celebrating the warmer months with a new
rendition of its annual “Summer Break” menu. Through Labor Day (Monday,
September 1, 2014), the restaurant will offer local and visiting guests a $47
per person prix fixe dinner menu. Recognized for its globally-inspired sushi
and sashimi dishes, Sushi Roku’s summer selections will include a trio of its
most loved appetizers, as well as a choice of entrée and dessert.
Furthermore,
the restaurant also awards Las Vegas locals with a 20% discount on regular
lunch and dinner menus.

· Filet Mignon-Wrapped Asparagus
