PANDA!,
the first-ever Chinese produced show to take up a Las Vegas residency, will
celebrate its 100th show Tuesday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m. Hailed as “one of Las
Vegas’ best new productions” and a “jaw-dropping spectacle” (Sunseeker), PANDA!
is produced by a team whose impressive credits include the opening and closing
ceremonies of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
“We’re
proud to celebrate 100 wonderful performances in Las Vegas,” said director An
Zhao. “We have the most amazing and talented creative team and cast and we want
to take the opportunity to celebrate their hard work and skills.”
Combining
high-flying acrobatics, mystifying martial arts, music, and dance, PANDA!
features a talented cast of world-class performers from China National
Acrobatics Troupe, Shaolin Monastery Kung Fu Monks Troupe, and China Star Dance
Troupe.
Featured
on the national television show, The Talk (CBS), and seen in USA Today and
DuJour Magazine, PANDA! has quickly become a Las Vegas favorite with its
visually-stunning effects and breathtaking performance feats.
From
executive producer Xu Zhong Min, producer Hui Wang, and director An Zhao,
PANDA! was welcomed in January with proclamations from several politicians,
including Sen. Dean Heller, Sen. Harry Reid, and Rep. Dina Titus.
PANDA!
