La
Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas has welcomed the warmer weather
with new seasonal menu items as well as refreshing spring cocktails.
Michael
and Jenna Morton bring spring to their guests by integrating a new crop of
fresh ingredients into lighter seasonal selections. New items include the ahi
tuna made with pickled cucumber and soy glaze, priced at $16; tableside smoked
salmon with Dijon caper sauce and onion confit, priced at $16; Moroccan chicken
skewers with pear chutney and Tzatziki sauce served with pita, priced at $16;
and duck breast with crispy Shiitake and Bourbon molasses, priced at $23.
Guests
may order straight from the grill with items including: a rack of lamb
accompanied by baby carrots, fava beans and pea puree, priced at $23; certified
black angus sirloin steak with onion bulb and tomatillo sauce, priced at $22;
the classic mini sliders with lettuce, tomato, B&B pickles with a special
sauce, priced at $15; chicken tagine with chick peas, tomato and cumin, priced
at $28; black bass with shaved asparagus and watermelon radish salad topped
with herb oil, priced at $18; and diver sea scallops with sake glazed bok choy
and green garlic vinaigrette, priced at $18. On a sweeter note, guests will
leave satisfied with the trio of seasonal ice cream, priced at $9.
Combine
the open-air patio at La Cave with a new cocktail selection that infuses
classic spirits with garden-fresh ingredients, such as: the La Cave Spring made
with Chopin rye vodka, cucumber, sour apple liqueur and fresh lemon juice,
priced at $16; Mang-O Mojito made with Bacardi O rum, fresh mint, pineapple and
mango, priced at $15; Basil Bramble made with Beefeater gin, Chambord, fresh
basil leaves and blueberries, priced at $16; and La Flama Azul made with
Casamigos silver tequila, nagomi peach, vanilla, fresh lemon juice and
jalapeños, priced at $15.

Morton Group, led by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened La Cave Wine and Food
Hideaway in 2010 as a venue designed for the exploration of wine, complemented
with delectable dishes. La Cave has been recognized as “one of the best Las
Vegas spots for foodies” by USA Today. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant serves
American cuisine fused with global flavors in small-plate portions created by
