Italian Restaurant, located at the heart of The Forum Shops at Caesars, has
introduced three new specialty menu items and cocktails to enjoy during the
spring and summer seasons.
Executive
Chef Peter Scaturro evokes the best of land and sea with dishes including: a
grilled shrimp salad made with mixed greens, grilled jumbo shrimp, fresh
pineapple and cherry tomatoes tossed in an Asian citrus vinaigrette, priced at
$16.95; chicken limone featuring grilled chicken spun with broccoli, sundried
tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a zesty lemon cream sauce, starting at $22.95;
and petto di pollo a la griglia, a classic Italian dish of two grilled chicken
breasts topped with a lemon bianco sauce and seasonal vegetables, priced at
$24.95.
Seasonal
cocktails now available include: a blue moon martini, made with Malibu Rum,
Blue Curaçao and pineapple juice, priced at $12; a blueberry lemondrop made
from Smirnoff Blueberry Vodka, house-made limoncello and fresh-squeezed lemon,
priced at $12; and the sensational sin-a-colada, a Fireball Whiskey-infused
piña colada cocktail, offered for $10.
