Guests may now enjoy lunchtime sandwich favorites including: spicy pulled pork with Nueske’s bacon, dill pickles, Swiss cheese and sweet garlic mustard, priced at $16; vegetarian heirloom tomato with fresh mozzarella, basil and pepperoncini olive tapenade, priced at $12; Italiano with hot cappicola, sopressata, Manchego cheese, arugula and pickled red onions, priced at $15; chicken milanese with avocado, heirloom tomatoes, Swiss cheese and Sriracha aioli, priced at $14; and New York Steak with caramelized onions, Gruyére cheese and garlic mustard aioli, priced at $19. All sandwiches will be served with taro root chips.

The Morton Group, led by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 as a venue designed for the exploration of wine, complemented with delectable dishes. La Cave has been recognized as “one of the things Vegas needs more of” by Haute Living Magazine. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant serves American cuisine fused with global flavors in small-plate portions created by Morton Group’s executive chef, William “Billy” DeMarco.
