Italian Restaurant will celebrate Easter Sunday by offering hearty lamb dishes
and specially-priced Bellinis exclusively on Sunday, April 20.
Executive
Chef Peter Scaturro’s festive lamb Bolognese, priced at $23, is made with
slow-cooked ground lamb and earthy wild mushrooms and simmered with plum
tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and mint served over pappardelle pasta. The lamb
osso bucco is priced at $29 and features a slow-braised herb lamb foreshank
served atop a vegetable risotto and red wine lamb demi-glace reduction.
The
signature Bellini will tantalize taste buds with a refreshing blend of peach
nectar, sparkling wine, light rum and peach purée, will be served all day for
$3 each. TREVI will be open during regular business hours on Easter Sunday from
11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
