For
this Easter, the Chocolate Cadbury Egg Soufflé is back at Andre’s Restaurant
& Lounge at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino.
Created
by Pastry Chef Tammy Alana, the dessert is available now through Easter Sunday,
April 20. Chef Alana creates the soufflé then drops a whole Cadbury egg into
the middle while it bakes. The dessert is priced at $15.
Andre’s
is open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner, beginning at 5:30 p.m. For
