Stratosphere
Casino, Hotel & Tower is offering love-inspired dining menus for
Valentine’s Day at the award-winning Top of the World Restaurant featuring the
most romantic view in Las Vegas, and McCall’s Heartland Grill, located just off
the casino floor. Guests can also enjoy
themed cocktails and bottles of wine from 107 floors above the famous Las Vegas
Strip at Level 107 Lounge.

Valentine’s Day we wanted to offer couples a special evening together,” said
Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower Executive Chef Rick Giffen. “There’s nothing more romantic than an
unforgettable meal.”
Top
of the World Restaurant
Valentine’s
Day Dinner at the recently remodeled Top of the World Restaurant is a
four-course prix fixe menu that begins with an Amuse Bouche of Push Berry
“Pop”, which is Berry Gelée with cracked Black Pepper and Pop Rocks, followed
by choice of first course: Parsnip Soup with Coconut Milk served with Rainbow
Cauliflower “Couscous” and minted Lime Espuma; or Lobster salad with Mango
dressing prepared with Heirloom lettuce, Grapefruit and Fig Croutons.
Second
course features Seared Gulf Shrimp with Roasted Artichoke Heart, Apple &
Fennel Nage and Guajillo essence; or Roasted Vegetable Medley with Zucchini
Hummus, sweet Piquillo Pepper Coulis and Hearts on Fire Microgreen.
Third
course offers guests a choice of Duo of Blackened Beef Tenderloin and Oysters
Rockefeller with Crab, Creole Sauce, served with Roasted baby Carrot and
Parsnip and Cipollini Onion; or Branzino (European Sea Bass) a la Plancha with
Romesco, prepared with Haricots verts and toasted Marcona almond.
For
dessert, couples can share a warm Chocolate Fondue for two with Strawberries,
S’mores and Cheesecake Pops.
All
ladies will receive a rose courtesy of Top of the World to celebrate the night.

features Beef Tenderloin and Lobster tail for two served with sautéed baby
vegetables, whipped potato and a duo of sauces.

Level
107 Lounge will offer Valentine’s Day themed martinis and cocktails, while
guests enjoy the new ambiance and spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and
valley.
Special
martinis include the “Chocolate Masterpiece Martini”, made with Van Gogh
Chocolate Vodka with Godiva Dark and White Chocolate Liqueurs ($15) and the
“Raspberry Beret Martini” made with Absolut Rasberri Vodka, Chambord Raspberry
Liqueur, splash of Sweet & Sour and splash of cranberry juice.
Specialty
cocktails include “Strawberries & Cream” cocktail with Ciroc Red Berry
Vodka, Strawberry Puree, and Whipped Cream ($15), and a “Peaches & Cream”
cocktail, made with Ciroc Peach Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Peach Puree and Whipped
Cream ($15).
Level
107 Lounge will also offer wine by the bottle on Valentine’s Day: Chocolate
Shop, Red Wine infused with Milk Chocolate ($38); Brachetto D’Aqui, Sparkling
Red Wine ($45); Chateau St. Jean, Chardonnay ($47); and Talbott, Pinot Noir
($60).
All
wine bottles come served with three chocolate covered strawberries. The regular
Level 107 Lounge Menu will also be available.
Guests
can enjoy live music by Treasure from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., followed by DJ Dezie
from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Level
107 Lounge is open 4 p.m. to 4 a.m, with happy hour 2-for-1 cocktails from 4
p.m. to 7 p.m and 1 a.m to 4 a.m.
