Sammy’s
Woodfired Pizza and Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar are starting 2014 with a trio
of new menu items, adding Truffle Fries, Crispy Coconut Shrimp and Wagyu
Cheeseburger to the restaurants’ offerings.
Back
by popular demand, the Crispy Coconut Shrimp had been a featured item on the
menu in previous years. After constant requests for the crispy crustaceans, the
item has once again been added to the menu. The battered shrimp are lightly
fried and served with an orange-horseradish sauce. This tapas dish is made for
sharing and is available for $12.
For
diners looking for a light bite before their main meal, the new Truffle Fries
are a must try. Tossed in truffle oil and Romano cheese, these fries cost $6.50
and are a tasty treat to share.
Also
new to the menu is the Wagyu Cheeseburger. Made with premium Wagyu beef, the
delicious burger is topped with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and served
on a sesame roll. Priced at $13.50, the burger can be found at any of Sammy’s
five Las Vegas locations.
