Fresh Burgers Offerings At Bobby's Burger Palace Are AWESOME & Affordable!

VEGAS! We have the distinction of being a world class vacation destination. However along with that distinction we do have a proliferation of restaurants and it can be an overwhelming question of where to grab a bite to eat not to mention some restaurants are a tad heavy on the wallet. Celebrated Chef Bobby Flay has opened a new restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip in front of the Mandarin Hotel.  It was a refreshing experience! Great quality foods at prices that are not going to have you wincing as you reach for your wallet.

Bobby’s Burger Palace is a sleek modern atheistically pleasing restaurant where you can grab a burger! Oh and there are many, many choices! Bobby Flay created the menu as a homage to flavors from throughout the United States.    “Not only has it been my dream to open a Burger place. The menu here at BBP is about celebrating the regional flavors of America. When you travel across the country, every region has their own specialty flavors, their own regional touch that they add to their food. Those are the true American flavors that have inspired the menu here.”  You will find an L.A., Dallas, Carolina, Philadelphia and of course a Vegas among the offerings. The L.A. burger has an avocado relish, watercress and cheddar cheese and tomatoes. So each burger represents its region. Not to be partial but the Vega burgers was a delicious satisfying well-seasoned burger with white American cheese, Fresno red chiles and a BBQ crunch.  There are currently 10 burgers on the menu and there will be a burger of the month which will not be on the menu just ask when you order. You can order any of these burgers and get them “crunchified” which is at no cost and consist of topping your burger with potato chips. A delicious satisfying burger topping!

Another innovative and thoroughly appreciated aspect of  BBP’s is that you can order your sides of either French fries, sweet potato fries or beer battered onion rings and combine two of these for a half and half. The BBP fry is a work of culinary art.  They are real potatoes and how they come from the kitchen to your plate is peel, soak, blanch, cool, ordered and then fried. SO FRESH!  The sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and are served with a dunking sauce of honey mustard and horseradish.  Fabulous and tasty!

A hamburger restaurant would not be complete without shakes. Plenty delicious flavors available here and a quick FYI they are all made with 11 ounces of real ice cream! My favorite happens to be the house favorite of Pistachio. CREAMY dreamy!

Salads are on the menu and if you are a carb watcher you may order your burger as a “topless burger salad!” If you enjoy pickles no wilting spears here! The pickles are crispy and come directly from Guss’s In Brooklyn.

Prices for the burgers are $9.50 and the sides are $4 with the half and half priced at $5. If you decided to have a spiked shake of say vanilla caramel bourbon these are $9. On the menu are also frozen margaritas and wine and beer. If you happen to stop by and Bobby is there ask if you can borrow either the key to Las Vegas or North Las Vegas, because he was awarded both by both perspective Mayors! Oh an by the way Bobby Flay’s favorite food are indeed burgers!
