The
Pub at Monte Carlo will bring guests delicious pub-style cuisine and exclusive
craft beer pairings with the 2014 Gus’ Beer & Bites beer pairing dinner
series. In each interactive monthly event, The Pub at Monte Carlo Executive
Chef Damis Irizarry will create a five-course menu that captures the distinct
flavor profiles of the evening’s featured beers. Craft brewers will travel from
near and far to present classic brews, seasonal selections and unique barrels.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste these sought-after suds and learn
insider secrets from the brewing experts.
Gus’
Beer & Bites begins Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held the
last Wednesday of every month. Tickets are priced at $64.05 per person, all-inclusive,
and are available for purchase to guests 21 and over online at Monte Carlo’s

Each
dinner will begin with a reception on the second level of The Pub’s dining
room, complete with passed hors d'oeuvres paired with the first beer selection
of the evening. Guests will be invited to mingle until they are led into the
seated dining area and the five-course culinary experience commences. As the
second selected craft brew is delivered, diners will be introduced to a brewery
representative who acts as the passionate conductor of the oncoming parade of
beers. Executive Chef Irizarry will guide guests through the culinary aspect of
the experience as each course is served. Guests will be provided stationary and
