Rice & Company will offer electronics enthusiasts a sushi and sake pairing featuring the Fantasy Roll and Demon Slayer sake, priced at $48 per person. The Fantasy Roll is made with shrimp, cream cheese, asparagus, tobiko and mint accompanied by avocado and Alaskan king crab topped with Thai mayo and yuzu sauce. The Demon Slayer sake’s clean, subtle and dry notes complement the featured sushi roll.
TENDER Steak & Seafood will also offer specialty menu items. The Japanese Wagyu Kobe Beef Selections include an 8-ounce Top Sirloin Culotte, priced at $55; an 8-ounce Filet Mignon, priced at $95; and a 4-ounce Wagyu Medallion Steak Sampler Trio with filet mignon, rib-eye and top sirloin culotte, priced at $115. TENDER will also offer Fresh Florida Stone Crab Claws with lime herb aioli, priced at $25; Filet Mignon Medallion Trio, priced at $65, which features a 4-ounce sampling of the American Kobe Wagyu from Dixon Ranch, N.D.; range-fed Angus Beef from Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand and corn-finished Certified Black Angus Beef from Omaha, Neb. The Winter Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes, made with white truffle oil-infused mashed potatoes topped with freshly shaved black truffles, are an ideal side dish and are available for $20.
Suggested wine pairings include Waterbrook Merlot from Columbia Valley, Wash., priced at $40 per bottle; Benton Lane Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Ore. priced at $15 per glass or $50 per bottle and JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, Calif., priced at $50 per bottle.
