Love To Laugh? Check Out The Riviera Comedy Club!

The famous Rivera Comedy Club inside the historic Riviera Hotel & Casino offers guests the opportunity to enjoy some of America’s funniest comedians in an intimate, nightclub setting.  Voted “Best Comedy Club” six years in a row, the Riviera Comedy Club offers laughs nightly.

Tickets to all Riviera Comedy Club performances are $19.99 plus tax and applicable fees. Tickets for Las Vegas residents with a valid ID are $10 plus tax and applicable fees. Mike Saccone with Alycia Cooper

Mike Saccone has co-starred on several network television shows including “Cybill,” “The John Larroquette Show” and “Empty Nest.” Additionally, he has been featured on MTV’s “Half Hour Comedy Hour,” VH1’s “Stand Up Spotlight,” A&E’s “An Evening At The Improv” and FOX’s “Comic Strip Live.” Raised in Kansas City, Mike now makes Los Angeles his home where he continues to pursue stand-up comedy and acting careers.

Stand-up comedienne, Alycia Cooper has written for some of the entertainment industry’s biggest stars, including “The Steve Harvey Morning Show” and Russell Simmons of Def Jam fame. Other credits include  “The Dr. Phil Show,” “Wanda Does It,” “Bands Reunited,” “The Magic Hour,” “The Love Connection,” “Men are From Mars, Women are from Venus,” “Oh Drama,” “The Grown-Ups” and “The Parkers.” She’s also appeared on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” “BET Live” and “Oh Drama.”

Dave Russo has been a mainstay of Boston comedy for more than last 15 years, recently being named “Best Male Comic.” As co-host of NESN’s “Dirty Water TV,” he produces a regular comedy series, in addition to reporting on the best of Boston night life. He has appeared on the television series “The Entertainer,” NBC’s “The Today Show” and NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” among others. Dave performs regularly for the troops, appearing with the U.S.O. at shows around the United States.

A California native, Shayma Tash began performing at a young age and was accepted into the San Francisco School of the Arts when she was 14. After joining and performing in the “Comedy Store Players South” sketch comedy troupe in San Diego for several, Shayma made the move to Los Angeles, where she made her television debut on the “Keenan Ivory Wayans Show.” She also became a regular at the Hollywood Comedy Store, where she worked alongside such legendary comedians as Chris Rock, Norm MacDonald, Tim Allen and Martin Lawrence, among others. She was cast as a series regular on the Warner Bros. primetime sketch show “Hype,” which led to appearances on the “Best Damn Sports Show,” “The Tonight Show,” MTV’s “Punk’d” and “Chelsea Lately.” She’s performed in comedy clubs across the United States and Canada, as well as 15 tours abroad, performing for the United States Military.

Larry Reeb with Greg Vaccariello

Known as “Uncle Lar’,” Larry Reeb is a regular on the nationally-syndicated “The Bob & Tom Show.” Voted “Chicago Comedian of the Year,” Reeb has made numerous television and radio appearances, including “Comic Strip Live,” MTV’s “1/2 Comedy Hour,” and VH1’s “Standup Spotlight,” among others.

Greg Vaccariello realized that he was funny in third grade. The Bronx native began doing stand up in 1989 and was soon traveling the country, working the comedy circuit from Florida to Maine and Arizona to Michigan. Vaccariello’s television credits include “Law and Order: SVU,” “The King of Queens” and “Hope and Faith,” among others. He’s also appeared in the independent movies “Hung Up,” “No Money Down” and “Under Budget.” A hard-working comedian, Vaccariello continues to perform at comedy clubs across the country.

Paul Bond with Jimmie JJ Walker

Paul Bond is a New York born, 20-year comedy veteran with a long list of credits, including “The Roast of Denis Leary” and Comedy Central special “Hardcore” as well as a long-time opening act for comedian Jim Breuer. Bond recently released his comedy album “The Way I See It,” which includes more than an hour of comedy and song parodies.

Rising from the streets of New York's ghettos to television superstardom, Jimmie Walker personifies the great American success story. Known for playing the character J.J. Evans on the hit television series “Good Times,” Walker’s catch phrase “Dyn-o-mite!” is part of the modern vernacular and Walker became such a major celebrity in the 1970s that Time Magazine named him “Comedian of the Decade.” He was the first winner of the NAACP Image Award and received a Golden Globe nomination for “Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.” His film and television credits include “The Mac David Show,” “Donny and Marie,” “The Merv Griffin Show,” “Hollywood Squares,” “Airplane!” and “Fantasy Island,” among many others.

Mike Merryfield with John Bizarre

Winner of season three of Comcast’s “Trial By Laughter,” Mike Merryfield has established himself as one of America’s top comedians. Merryfield has appeared on two, one-hour comedy specials on SiriusXM Radio and released several comedy albums, including the Grammy nominated “Live at Loonies.”

John Bizarre is a stand-up comedian and filmmaker who has appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “The Drew Carey Show” and “The District,” among others. John recently released his critically-acclaimed film, “Finding The Funny.”
