Park
on Fremont is 5,000-square-foot gastropub offering innovative bar fare and an
eclectic art collection, with a laid-back area for dining indoors and antique
tables in a lush garden outdoors. Half of the gastropub is a patio designed to
resemble a mature backyard garden, replete with antique tables, a mosaic-tile
hopscotch game, flower-filled and claw-footed bathtub, outdoor bar built to
resemble an aging greenhouse, and wood salvaged from an old barn. The patio
looks like it was plucked from a rural setting and transplanted into the middle
of downtown unlike anything in Las Vegas. The drink menu has an extensive array
of beer selections from around the world, with 14 beers available on tap and
more than two dozen canned beers, in addition to Park’s distinctive gin and
vodka selections of specialty Bloody Marys served in mason jars.
