Chef and restaurateur Bobby Flay brings his passion for burgers, fries, and shakes out west with the opening of Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP) on the world-famous Las Vegas Boulevard. Located right on the vibrant Strip in front of CityCenter and adjacent to City Center Drive, BBP Vegas is a casual and convenient dining destination, offering an assortment of burgers inspired by Bobby’s extensive travels throughout America and his love of the grill.

Lauded as the “entertainment capital of the world,” Las Vegas is also an international culinary destination with an unrivaled selection of fine dining and casual restaurants—making it an ideal locale for BBP. While this is the 18th location of BBP nationwide, it is the first location to feature Bobby’s newly revamped and expanded menu of signature burgers, including the just unveiled Vegas Burger, made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips. The Vegas location also features BBP’s first Margarita Bar. 

In addition to the Vegas Burger, the expanded menu at BBP also introduces the Carolina Burger with smoked American cheese, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ sauce; and the New Mexico Burger with queso sauce, roasted green chiles and pickled red onions; The hallmark of BBP’s menu, however, continues to be the Crunchburger® with double American cheese and potato chips. When dining at BBP, customers can, at no additional cost, order any burger crunchified, which comes topped with a layer of potato chips between the bun and patty for a delicious crunch. Other signature burgers include the Dallas Burger with a spice crust, coleslaw, Monterey Jack cheese, BBQ sauce, and pickles; and the L.A. Burger with avocado relish, watercress, Cheddar cheese and tomato—are all served on a sesame seed bun. Also offered is the BBP Burger of the Month, which in February will be the Canadian Burger with white Cheddar cheese, Canadian bacon and maple mustard sauce. All burgers may be prepared with Certified Angus Beef or ground turkey, and a whole chicken breast option is also available.

All burgers at BBP can also be served topless, where the burger or whole chicken breast is simply stacked onto a bed of greens without the bun. The menu also includes the Crunch Salad with chopped vegetables, romaine, crispy tortillas, white cheddar cheese cubes and balsamic dressing.  For an additional dose of bold flavor, one can choose from BBP’s selection of house made sauces, including Chipotle Ketchup, BBP Burger Sauce and Jalapeño Hot Sauce. Sides such as hand-cut French Fries served with BBP Fry Sauce (Bobby’s own blend of mayonnaise, roasted red and chipotle peppers, and spices), Sweet Potato Fries and Beer Battered Onion Rings to create the ultimate BBP meal. Another new feature of BBP’s menu is the “Half & Half” which allows diners to order a sampling of any two sides of their choice. The menu also features a Griddled Cheese with American, Swiss, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with tomato, and a newly added Griddled Pimento Cheese and Bacon Sandwich. 

The menu also includes 10 milkshakes and malteds including two new flavors, Mint Chocolate Chip and Mocha Caramel, along with staple flavors such as Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, Pistachio and Blueberry Pomegranate. Complementing these signature shakes are a selection of spiked milkshakes, including Vanilla Caramel Bourbon, Pineapple Coconut Rum, and Mocha Kahlua Vodka. The restaurant’s Margarita Bar serves Bobby’s signature Frozen Cactus Pear and Frozen Mesa margaritas. Fountain and bottled sodas, iced tea, lemonade, 16 bottled beers, and glasses of red and white wine are also available to quench any thirst.   

Upon ordering from the menu, diners enter into a relaxed yet convivial atmosphere. The 146-seat BBP is a nod to a classic burger joint, emblazoned with fiery red, bold yellow and vibrant green hues that Bobby is so known for.  BBP is outfitted with a central serpentine corian-coated dining counter with vivid green leather seats and a dramatic ribbon-like light fixture with brown, orange and yellow stripes.  Here, guests sit at the 54-seat counter, socialize with friends and other patrons while their food and drinks are quickly delivered.  BBP Vegas also features a spacious outdoor patio for al-fresco dining on the Strip.

A floor-to-ceiling feature wall encasing the BBP’s kitchen is a mosaic of wood, bamboo and bright green, brown and orange glass tiles.  Photographs of farm-fresh ingredients also adorn the BBP’s walls.
