drinks and $2 house shots to all patrons throughout the month of December.
As a
Las Vegas local, Sosa is able to spend ample time at Poppy Den Asian Bistro and
prepare memorable holiday meals for his neighbors to enjoy with their families.
He relocated to the Summerlin area in 2013 to reintroduce Poppy Den as an Asian
Bistro along with his new business partner, Ken Henderson, a local restaurateur
and entrepreneur. Henderson owns Pizza Lounge in Tivoli Village and BEST
Agency. Sosa is recognized for finishing in second place as a ‘cheftestant’ on
season seven of Bravo’s “Top Chef” in 2010 and later returning to compete on
“Top Chef All-Stars” in 2011. He recently introduced a cookbook titled “Flavor
Exposed” and has a second cookbook in the works.
