Park On Fremont Adds TASTY New Menu Items!

Hungry Downtown dwellers can enjoy new cocktail and dining options from Park on Fremont’s tasty new menu, available now. 

Guests can start their dining experience with items from the “Pickings” section, including the Garbage Fries, homemade fries topped with melted cheddar and provolone cheeses, bacon, jalapenos, green onions, tomatoes, chipotle peppers, avocados and sour cream; and the Mac & Cheese Balls, deliciously fried in Panko breadcrumbs. Patrons can warm-up with the hot spot’s new soup selections, featuring Boston Clam Chowder and House Made Chili, both served in a bread bowl. 

Those looking for a hearty meal can nosh on the Downtown eatery’s “Filling Meal” options such as the BBQ Texas Burger, a half-pound ground steak burger topped with homemade barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, peppered bacon and an onion ring; or the Cajun Chicken Sandwich, marinated and blackened chicken served with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle ranch dressing.

Park on Fremont also serves-up “House Favorites” selections, featuring the Half Rack Baby Back Ribs, slow cooked and smothered in barbecue sauce; and the Chilaquiles, citrus marinated steak served with two eggs any style, paired with chips covered in tomatillo salsa, melted jack and cheddar cheese, avocado and sour cream.  Sweet-seekers can satisfy their sugar craving with the scrumptious Chocolate Truffle Cake, covered with fried ice cream and caramel drizzle.

Partygoers can fight the cold with the hip bar’s winter cocktails including the Dirty Girl Scout, mixing Peppermint Schnapps, Dark Crème de Cacao and hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and a chocolate stick; and the Pleasure Fist, combining Kahlua, Jameson Irish Whiskey and hot chocolate, served with whipped cream.

Park on Fremont spruces up Downtown Las Vegas with innovative bar fare and an eclectic art collection set in a laid-back area for dining indoors and antique tables in a lush garden outdoors. The rustic 2,500-square-foot interior boasts dark woods, a reclaimed herringbone floor and a 1960s-era jukebox. Out back, plants and flowers overtake the landscape of the patio, creating objects d’art from eroded items such as a footed bathtub overlooking the outdoor bar and a Cinderella-style carriage situated on the rooftop. The gastropub offers a flavorful menu including Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches, Cali Mex Burgers and Philly Mac and Cheese Steaks.
