Aliante Casino + Hotel, a AAA Four Diamond resort, will celebrate the holiday season with exclusive menu offerings at MRKT Sea & Land, The Salted Lime, Bistro 57, FARM 24-7 and Medley Buffet on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Christmas Day, Wednesday, Dec. 25.

Aliante’s signature steakhouse, MRKT, will open at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day and offer a farm-fresh, four-course meal for $49 per person. The meal will begin with a first course featuring orange-dusted seared scallops, apple and winter root slaw and parsnips smash. It will be followed by a chop house salad made with romaine lettuce, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, Bleu cheese, smoked bacon and creamy buttermilk peppercorn ranch. The entrée course will be a crispy duck breast accompanied by sweet potato mash and seasonal vegetables. French apple tart with apple cider reduction and vanilla bean ice cream will be served for dessert.

The Salted Lime will be open both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day during regular business hours. The Mexican eatery will offer a unique holiday meal with a tortilla-crusted turkey cutlet served with spicy avocado sauce, elote tamale and roasted squash, priced at $15 per person.

Bistro 57 will be open at 11 a.m. on Christmas Day only and feature a three-course meal, priced at $25 per person. The first course will be a roasted tomato and red pepper soup with thyme and crème fraîche, followed by a main course of pan-fried pork with caramelized apple chutney, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The meal will end on a sweet note with sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

The all-new FARM 24-7, a 24-hour farm-to-table café, will offer a ham dinner complete with fresh Waldorf cranberry salad and peach cobbler, priced at $12 per person. Guests may also chose to enjoy Medley Buffet’s Christmas spread, highlighted by favorites such as sage stuffing, green bean casserole, Chef Todd Ulrich’s leg-of-lamb stew and a full carving station featuring turkey breast, honey-glazed bone-in ham and seared Atlantic salmon. The buffet is priced at $16 per person for Players Club members.

Holiday-inspired cocktails will also be offered at MRKT and feature a peppermint mocha martini, an eggnog martini and ‘Santa’s Little Helper” - a pour of scotch served with three freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies. The cocktails will be available from Friday, Nov. 29, through Tuesday, Dec. 31.
