Strip
House inside Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino welcomes fall with a selection
of seasonal specials. The off-the-menu dishes include a delectable Warm
Artichoke Caesar Salad, made with organic baby kale, frisee, castelvetrano
olive tapenade, red grape tomato raisins and artichoke chips for $18 and a 12oz
Bone-In Filet Al Forno boasting a charred-to-temperature filet crusted with
aged parmesan cheese and served with 12 year aged balsamic vinegar and topped
with a light sprinkling of rosemary, thyme, crisp garlic and smoked sea salt
for $64. Debuting Thanksgiving week will be the Butternut Squash Gnocchi with
goat cheese and chervil for $12.
On
Thanksgiving Day, Strip House will offer a traditional Turkey Dinner Special
for those looking to ditch the cooking but keep the quality time with loved
ones. For $38 for adults and $23 for children, guests will be treated to a
roast all natural turkey, chesnut-sage bread stuffing, hubbard squash puree,
Brussels sprouts, confit gizzard gravy and cranberry-tarragon relish. End the
holiday meal on a sweet note with a slice of Pumpkin Pie served with vanilla
ice cream and candied pecans for $8.
