Rockin' New Year Eve Party At Cabo Wabo! All You Can Drink!

Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood will host a rockin’ New Year’s Eve celebration on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Sammy Hagar’s Strip-side cantina will provide revelers with all-inclusive, all-you-can-drink experience complete with stunning views of the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The all-inclusive New Year’s Eve bash will be priced at $300 per person with entry beginning at 9:30 p.m. The main dining room will transform into a nightclub with a dance floor and music. Revelers looking for a more intimate experience will enjoy the upstairs private room to relish in an all-you-can-eat buffet while taking in a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip. Cocktails will be served throughout the venue and beer tubs will be available throughout the cantina. Beer pong tables and a private bar will also be available upstairs.

Executive Chef Tacho will offer five food stations for the all-you-can-eat buffet:

·         Chilled seafood station: fresh mussels, crab legs, jumbo shrimp, oysters and clams served with Mexican tartar sauce and cocktail sauce

·         Appetizer and salad station: assorted cheeses, mini crispy beef tacos, chicken taquitos, guacamole and chips, tomato cucumber Feta cheese salad, lobster and crab salad and Caesar salad

·         Carving station: roasted leg of pork carnitas-style and roasted New York strip with horseradish and mole sauce

·         Hot station: Sammy’s tequila lime shrimp, grilled chicken with Tamarind-Chipotle Glaze, crusted potato wedges, red garlic roasted potatoes, Mexican dirty rice, lobster macaroni and cheese and green chilaquiles

·         Dessert station: assorted cheesecake bites, mini-churros, chocolate-covered strawberries, brownie hot fudge sundae bites and bread pudding bites

Cabo Wabo will also be offering a raffle throughout the night, awarding cash and prizes every 30 minutes from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Raffle tickets may be purchased at $5 each or five tickets for $20. Shots will be offered throughout the evening and guests will receive a glass of champagne at midnight to toast the New Year. Patrons may return the following day to receive a complimentary drink with a purchase of an entrée and an additional 10 percent off of breakfast items.
