Executive
Chef K.C. Fazel has crafted several new seasonal selections including Winter
Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Ravioli made with pistachio and pumpkin seed cream
sauce and topped with bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup glaze and apple chips,
priced at $12; Pumpkin Squash and Apple Soup made with roasted kabocha pumpkin
squash and Fuji apples puréed with vegetable broth and fresh apple cider,
priced at $9; Sweet Potato Purée made with roasted jewel yams puréed with maple
butter, priced at $8; and Braised Brussels Sprouts made with sweet onions,
roasted garlic and chicken broth, priced at $10.
Diners
also may indulge in seasonal desserts. The Pumpkin Tart is made with pumpkin
liqueur anglaise, winter-spiced whipped cream and fresh eggnog. The Dutch Apple
Crisp is a warm deep-dish apple pie topped with apple chip and oat streusel and
served with salted caramel chip ice cream and bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup.
Both desserts are priced at $7.
New
ice cream selections have also been added to the dessert menu, priced at $4 for
one or $8 for a tasting of four. Flavors include: Salted Caramel Chip, Double
Peanut Butter Chip, Bourbon Pecan Crumble, Santa Barbara Strawberry and
Blueberries and Cream. Fresh seasonal fresh fruit selections also are
available.
The
popular Pumpkin Pie Martini, priced at $12, has returned for the season and is
made with a mix of Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, Captain Morgan rum,
vanilla vodka, pumpkin pie mix, half and half and simple syrup.

for dinner from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. with a cocktail and wine lounge open
Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until midnight and Friday and Saturday
