New Food & Drink Specials For November At Central At Caesars Palace!

Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace will add seasonally-inspired items to the menu that will be available at the beginning of November.

Executive Chef Todd Harrington has added three new entrées to the menu, including Atlantic crisp-seared salmon on a bed of grilled root vegetables and butternut squash sauce, priced at $30; a 14-ounce Kurobuta bone pork chop, priced at $36; beef short ribs served with creamy polenta and steamed carrots drizzled with Syrah sauce, priced at $40. Guests may accompany any entrée with one of three specialty steak sauces: Syrah, Morel mushroom or Morel peppercorn sauce for an additional $3. Complementary side dishes include garlic potato puree for $8, or haricot verts for $10.

Central will offer a new dessert, apple tatin with caramel sauce. This decadent dessert is made with a whole poached apple in butter and caramel sauce for more than 10 hours and then served on a sweet pastry biscuit with vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce, priced at $10.

Two seasonal cocktails have been added to the menu, priced at $15 each. The Southern Highlander, winner of the 2013 rock ‘n’ roll cocktail by Cocktail City Las Vegas, is made with a base of Dewar's Highlander Honey Scotch, fresh lemon juice, Raspberry Demerara, Angostura Bitters, egg white, Blandy's 5-year Madeira and is garnished with a fresh lemon twist. Rome’s Revenge is made with a new Seattle Bourbon named Tatoosh, Cointreau, orange juice, simple syrup, Angostura Bitters and is garnished with a fresh orange twist pierced with a brandied cherry.
