Executive
Chef Todd Harrington of Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace will bring his
flavors to Bar Forte, located on 4180 S. Rainbow Blvd., to serve ‘A Culinary
Affair to Remember’ for the bi-monthly ‘Takeover Tuesdays’ event at 7 p.m. on
Tuesday, Nov. 19.
The
seven-course meal is priced at $50 per person and will include wines and
cocktails. Chef Harrington will offer patrons two appetizers: seared tuna
served on a fried rice cake and a deconstructed shrimp cocktail. The entrée
courses will include: butternut ravioli made with browned butter sage; braised
pork belly accompanied by Brussels sprouts; Muskovy duck duo paired with
pomegranate sauce; and short ribs Wellington made with Syrah Bordelaise. For
dessert, guests will indulge in pear confit served with lychee ice cream.
Bar
