New
Year’s Eve revelers can ring in 2014 in high style by choosing from a selection
of VIP packages being offered at Surrender Nightclub in Encore at Wynn Las
Vegas, and with a dinner tasting menu at the adjoining Asian dining hot spot,
Andrea’s.
“The
Ultimate VIP Package,” priced at $150,000, begins with a dinner tasting menu
with an optional wine pairing for up to 10 guests at Andrea’s. The party
continues with premium seating inside the posh nightclub, a $100,000 engraved
bottle of Dom Perignon Rose Gold, three magnums of Grey Goose and one magnum of
Don Julio. Additionally, the buyer gets
to countdown to the New Year in the DJ booth with electronic dance music
superstar Diplo, who will be spinning his hits and providing the evening’s
high-energy entertainment.
A
premium package inside the nightclub includes a prime table for 12 with two
bottles of Dom Perignon and three bottles of ultra-premium liquor for $6,400.
The club’s dome table packages include: ten-person tables with one bottle of
Veuve Clicquot and two bottles of ultra-premium liquor for $3,200; eight-person
tables with one bottle of Veuve Clicquot and one bottle of ultra-premium liquor
for $2,400; and six-person tables with one bottle of ultra-premium liquor for
$1,500. The lower bungalow package for 20 guests includes two bottles of Veuve
Clicquot and three bottles of ultra-premium liquor for $5,200. Gaming pavilion
tables for eight guests, with one bottle of Veuve Clicquot, and one bottle of
ultra-premium liquor can be reserved for $2,400. The patio at Andrea’s is also
available to guests and tables there will include a bottle of ultra-premium
liquor for either four guests ($1,200) or six guests ($1,600). All prices are
inclusive of gratuity and tax.
Created
by Executive Chef Joseph Elevado, Andrea’s New Year’s Eve dinner tasting menu
($250, not including 18% gratuity and
tax) includes the following: “Bacon Ikura” Wasabi Cream Cheese Foam and
Furikake Chip; Champagne Marinated Tai Snapper, Oscetra Caviar, Nashi Pear
Tsuma; Unagi plus Foie Gras Terrrine, Lotus Root Chips and Figs; Butter Poached
Lobster, Perigord Black Truffle, Crispy Ramen and Uni Butter; Wagyu Tamarind
Short Ribs and Karashi Potato Gratin; Composed Nigiri Sushi: Toro, Bonito and
King Crab; and a dessert sampling. An
Andrea’s Sommelier wine pairing with each item is available for an additional
$75.
