Ever
wished you could bring an acclaimed chef home with you to cook a mouth-watering
Thanksgiving dinner for you and your family and friends? Well, celebrated chef
Sam Marvin (owner/visionary of Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse) isn’t
able to come home with everyone, so he’s offering the next best thing; a
limited number of handcrafted, complete Thanksgiving feasts available for pick
up and enjoyed in your own home. As with each of the daily meals served from
the Echo & Rig kitchen, Marvin insists on quality and service, so only 200
orders for this special Thanksgiving Feast will be available on a first
ordered/first-served basis.
From
the ready-to-cook Diestel Turkey Ranch turkeys (Diestel turkeys enjoy the
freedom of being slow grown in the clean Sierra Nevada Foothills where they are
raised almost twice as long and with four times as much space as conventional
birds creating a premium texture with natural flavors) to the traditional
favorites served-up with Marvin’s distinctive flair, the Echo & Rig Turkey
Feast serves eight and includes time-honored favorites as envisioned and then
cooked with love by Marvin and his team; including traditional stuffing,
succulent mashed potatoes, fresh cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy,
house-baked dinner rolls and a choice of two farm-fresh vegetables. To top it
off, the meal also includes a made-to-order pumpkin pie.
Original
whole Diestel Ranch turkeys and turkey breasts, as well as an array of beloved
family sides and fixings are also available individually. Each side serves
approximately 4-6 people. All orders must be placed by 4 p.m., on Sunday,
November 17 by calling the Butcher at 702-489-3525 or can be ordered in person.
Additional
sides and desserts range from $7 - $16 and include Traditional Stuffing, Fruit
and Nut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Fresh Cran-Orange Relish, Butternut Squash
Soup, Turkey Gravy, Brown Sugar Yams, Roasted Autumn Vegetables, Mashed
Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans with Almonds, Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts,
Maple Glazed Carrots, Little Gem Goat Cheese Salad, Dinner Rolls, Pumpkin
Bread, Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie.

Pick
up of the Ready-to-Cook Diestel Ranch Turkey and all Thanksgiving orders will
be Wednesday, November 27 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. or Thursday, November 28, from
7 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Echo & Rig will be closed for restaurant service
Thanksgiving Day so its staff can enjoy time with family for the holiday.
Echo
& Rig Butcher and Steakhouse is located in Tivoli Village in Las Vegas at
440 S. Rampart Blvd. Drive-up parking is available for the Butcher Shop and
free self or valet parking is available.
