Waging
War on Cellulite
By

Cellulite
is unsightly; let’s face it we all have a little, even if we don’t want to
admit it. If you are sick of buying creams and lotions and paying for all those
expensive treatments, read on, this article will serve as your fight against
cellulite bible.
There
are two ways to fight cellulite, internal and external. What you put into your
body is just as important as the outside treatments you can do to fight
cellulite.
Internal,
here are the top foods that fight cellulite. Here are a variety of foods that
contain ingredients thought to help decrease the appearance of cellulite thanks
to their circulation-boosting properties. Consider adding the following to your
grocery list.
Asparagus:
Helps strengthen veins and capillaries and controls blood pressure. It's also a
good source of vitamins A, B and C.
Bananas:
A good booster for blood vessels and great for assisting in healthy
circulation, they're also a good source of potassium, vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Broccoli:
Contains alpha lipoic acid, which helps prevent the hardening of collagen
caused by sugar. It's also a good source of selenium and calcium.
Citrus:
All are excellent sources of vitamin C. Orange contain methoxylated
bioflavonoids, which can improve circulation and strengthen capillaries.
Oily
fish: Salmon, sardines, tuna, trout and bass are all low in fat and high in
cellulite-fighting proteins and minerals. Also, good sources of essential fatty
acids.
Pears:
A good detoxifier, pears can help reduce the effects of pollutants in the body,
assisting the lymphatic system. A good source of fiber and potassium, too.
Pineapple:
Has an anti-inflammatory action in the body that can help fight fluid retention
and aid in the healing of damaged collagen fibers. A good source of vitamin C,
as well.
External,
there are a lot of treatments out there from lasers to creams that are labeled
as sure fire ways to get rid of cellulite. However, there is no reason or need
to spend hundreds of dollars on these treatments. Here are several treatments
and suggestions on organic, DIY, and cheaper alternatives to fighting
cellulite.

website, Heathermarianna.tv you can find my DIY spa tricks and lots of videos

Here
is another great idea that I love to do as a weekly treatment to fight my own
cellulite battles. There are so many scrubs and masks ideas out there and I
really like the one I sell and this one as an easy fix where you will actually
see results.
1/2
cup coffee grounds
•1/4
cup brown sugar
•olive
oil
Apply
olive oil to your "problem areas" with cellulite and combine the
coffee grounds and brown sugar into a bowl. Doing so will create your actual
coffee scrub.
Use
the coffee scrub on your "problem areas" by moving in circular
motions, on top of the olive oil. Then simply rinse the scrub off in the
shower. You will need to do this a couple of times a week to see any
difference, and again if you far too busy to make this yourself log onto my
website and purchase mine.
Remember
everyone has a little cellulite and it totally normal, after all we are women.
However there is nothing wrong with starting your own personal war on cellulite
and hopefully this article will serve as your arsenal.
