Chateau
Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas welcomed GRAMMY Award-winner The
Dream as he put on a bone rattling rooftop performance last night, Saturday,
Oct. 26. The Halloween weekend was well on its way as party patrons lined up to
dance the night away while the R&B sensation performed his chart-topping
hits.
Arriving
around 1 a.m. the singing icon made his way into the Strip-side nightspot and
to his VIP table located on Chateau’s Rooftop. Drawing the attention of nearby
partygoers, The Dream settled into his booth as he prepared for his performance
while mingling with his entourage. Just after 1:30 a.m. the artist hopped into
the DJ booth to say hello to renowned DJ Casanova and got on the mic to address
the crowd. The energy of the rooftop soared with excitement as The Dream jumped
atop the VIP booths and began his performance. Kicking off his set with the
popular hit “Shawty is a 10,” The Dream had clubgoers on their feet singing
along. Joking with his fans, he told them he was done after one song, and as
the nightclub shook with cheers from the audience asking him for more he began
to show off his vocal skills as he broke out into a chorus of “Falsetto.”
Seguing into the classic single “Rockin That Thang” he reached out into the
audience to serenade one lucky lady. Nearing the end of the song, The Dream had
DJ Casanova cut the track as he took a moment to thank his fans for their
continued support and then wrapped up the final chorus acapella. Bringing his
performance to an end, the sultry singer had his fans singing along as he put a
breathtaking twist on his song “I Luv Your Girl.”
The
center-Strip spectacle was one to remember as The Dream made his way back to
his VIP table and spent time mingling and taking photos with his fans. As the
night continued, R&B star handed out glasses of champagne to his fans that
flocked to his VIP area while he drank and danced with his guests into the
early hours of the morning.
