Looking
to have an eerie good time this Halloween? Boys and ghouls are invited to party
the night away at Rx Boiler Room at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. The
restaurant and bar, lead by Celebrity Chef Rick Moonen, will feature devilish
food and drink specials, along with a spooktacular costume contest for guests
to enjoy.
A
selection of $3 shots, $5 beer and cocktails, including a Witches Brew, will be
served (while supplies last). The restaurant also will offer a variety of
special plates under $10 including a Cauldron Stew (Stout braised short ribs,
fingerlings, snap peas, baby carrots and natural jus), Pumpkin Bisque (toasted
marshmallow, pumpkin seeds, cranberries) and Pumpkin Mousse (spiced pumpkin
mousse with maple pecan ice cream and pumpkin seed brittle). All specials will
be offered in the steampunk lounge and bar areas only.
Guests
are encouraged to dress up in Halloween or steampunk-inspired fashion to
celebrate. Those dressed to thrill will have the opportunity to win various
prizes, for “Best Halloween” and “Best Steampunk” –inspired costumes, including
complimentary dinner for two at Rx Boiler Room, hotel stay, show tickets and
much more!
