On Friday,
Oct. 25 the Las Vegas hot spot PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace kicked off the
Halloween festivities with a live performance by hip-hop sensation J. Cole.
Following his ‘What Dreams May Come’ concert, the GRAMMY Award-nominated artist
made his way to nightspot to host his official after-party.
Just
after 1:30 a.m., J. Cole arrived on the red carpet where he posed for pictures
before making his way into the mega-club. Seeming to be in good spirits, the
artist took his seat on the stage where he was joined by a large entourage. As
he took in the sights of the nightclub, he settled into his VIP booth and
prepared for an unrivaled performance. Around 2 a.m. the singer appeared in the
spotlight on the main stage and addressed the partygoers. The energy of the
main room erupted with excitement as he began his first song “Can’t Get
Enough.” With thousands of clubgoers flocking to get closer to the stage, J.
Cole continued his performance as he sang his popular hits “Work Out” and
“Crooked Smile.” As he brought the set to a close he segued into his final song
“Power Trip” where he held his mic out into the air and welcomed his fans to
sing along.
Addressing
the crowd one last time, the lyricist thanked his fans and told them they were
now ready to party. The entire nightspot shook as partygoers cheered and J.
Cole made his way back to his VIP booth where he indulged in a few drinks,
mingled with fans as they passed by and partied into the early hours of the
morning.
