Brunch
season kicks into full swing at LAVO Italian Restaurant and Nightclub the
weekend of October 19 and 20, as the third season of its famed champagne party
brunch kicks off on Saturday and a new proper brunch is introduced on
Sunday. Named "Best Place to Keep
the Party Going" by Vegas Seven Magazine, LAVO Saturday Champagne Party
Brunch provides the ultimate daylife experience from fall to spring. For those
looking for a more traditional approach to midday eats, LAVO presents Proper
Brunch, a good old fashioned sit down highlighted by a full menu of delectable
options.
Originating
at LAVO's sister location in New York City, TAO Group pioneered the wild
afternoon affair, introducing the party brunch to The Palazzo on the Las Vegas
Strip in 2011. The signature event blends an indulgent food menu with favorites
such as Almond Crusted French Toast and
Lemon Ricotta Waffles, an expansive selection of Champagne, featuring a variety
of large format bottles, and music to keep the party going by resident DJ Lema.
The restaurant and lounge initially set a vibe dining atmosphere before the
room seamlessly transitions into a neon explosion of confetti showers, wild
bottle-popping presentations, and weekly themes encouraging guests to dress up,
let loose and dance the day away.
Every
Sunday starting at 10 am, Proper Brunch will feature a selection of both sweet
and savory options including signatures like the Lobster Benedict, a whole 1 lb
lobster, a poached egg and Champagne hollandaise as well as Nutella Crepes
filled with banana compote and fresh strawberries and topped with the sweet
hazelnut spread. Flapjack specialties include PB&J Pancakes consisting of
Reese's pieces pancakes, strawberry sauce and fresh whipped cream and Blue
Skies Pancakes, a hot stack of white polenta pancakes studded with fresh
blueberries and topped with blueberry compote and yogurt covered blueberries.
Guests can bite into sandwich and burger selections such as the Muffaletta
Panini with house made olive focaccia, artisanal meats, cruculo cheese, pepper
and olive salad or the Proper Burger with a house-ground Meyer Farm patty,
tomato jam, Bibb lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, cherry wood bacon and a side of
hand cut truffle fries.
Both
brunches will be held at LAVO Italian Restaurant in The Palazzo Resort-Hotel
Casino located at 3325 Las Vegas Blvd South Las Vegas, NV 89109. Champagne
Brunch will be offered every Saturday from 2 pm to 6 pm for those 21 and over
while Proper Brunch will take place from 10 am to 4 pm every Sunday. For more
