Enjoy Hyde's Newest Cocktails! Try The Blood Orange Margarita!

In celebration of autumn, Hyde Bellagio invites guests to cozy up on the terrace overlooking the famed Fountains of Bellagio while sipping the rich flavors of five new libations.

Inspired by the colors and spices of the season, Hyde’s fall cocktail menu pairs perfectly with a selection of delectable small plates from Circo including Prosciutto Flatbread, Caprese Crostini and Heirloom Beet Carpaccio, among others.

·         Sweet, smooth and spicy, the Chai Tini embodies the flavor of fall. Brewed Chai Tea infuses the drink with subtle Eastern flavors while Bailey’s and Absolut vanilla vodka add a sweet and creamy finish. Topped with a dash of cinnamon, this cocktail is sure to be an instant fall favorite.

·         A festival of colors, The Royals is sweet and refreshing. Boyland’s Black Cherry Soda and fresh lemonade evoke the last memories of summer, while D'USSÉ Cognac welcomes autumn with its unmistakable amber hue. Strained over ice, topped with soda and garnished with an orange disk, The Royals excites the palate.

·         A tall and woody rosemary sprig brings the Honey Rosemary Gin Fizz to life. An adaptation of the classic Gin Fizz, Oxley gin, honey and freshly pressed lime juice give this drink a fresh twist.

·         The Blood Orange Margarita puts a Halloween twist on this classic. Casamigos tequila, aperol, orange juice and freshly pressed lime highlight the fruit’s sweet-tart taste and red blush, while a giant orange wheel brightens both the glass and flavor.

·         The flaming Bloody Sand is a show in a glass. Dewars White, Antica Formula, Cherry Heering and Sangrita provide the flavor while the bartender brings the flair. Striking a match on an orange disk directly above the cocktail creates a fiery burst to warm a chilly fall night.

  1. I really would like to plan a bachelor party in Las Vegas NV. I was wondering if you could help me find some great places to hang out for eight 26 year old men.
