Sushi Roku Now Offering Impressive Six Course Dinner For $90 PPerson!

Sushi Roku combines the finest, freshest fish from pristine waters around the globe with the kind of artistry that can only be provided by a mature sushi chef ensuring superlative traditional sushi, together with a splash of California innovation. Incorporating diverse, non-traditional ingredients from Latin America (e.g. jalapeƱos) and Europe (e.g. olive oil) into its edible works of art, Sushi Roku is offering an impressive, six course Omakase (chef’s choice) menu for $90 per person.

The culinary journey begins with a light amuse of premium tofu caviar with lemon oil followed by a Santen Mori appetizer. The trio of appetizers includes Toro nikiri, Kobe beef tataki and Uni pie with creamy miso sauce. The second course features Clear seafood soup. Next, enjoy Toro, Madai and Kanpachi. Scallop and Foie Gras Togarashi highlight the fourth mouth-watering course. The fifth course showcases premium sushi including; Negi toro, Blue Fin tuna, Shima aji, Ikejime hirame and Masu. This unique dining experience is topped off with the dessert course of an apple tart with vanilla ice cream.

In addition to the unique Omakase menu, Sushi Roku also offers Happy Hour specials Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. and all day long on Sunday.
