Trey
Songz headlined the night on Friday at TAO, continuing the Labor Day Weekend
festivities. Joined by a group of friends, the Grammy-nominated singer fueled
up at dinner in the restaurant's private dining room, enjoying signature
selections sent specially by the chef. Trey and friends then made their way to
a VIP table on the dance floor. DJ Eric D-Lux announced his arrival to the
nightclub and the room erupted with cheers as a sea of camera flashes added to
the frenzy. Standing on top of his booth, Trey took in the packed club scene,
waving to fans and dancing to hip hop tracks. He got on the mic soon afterward
and greeted partygoers, wishing a happy birthday to a lucky lady at a
neighboring table before jumping into an impromptu performance of his biggest
songs including "Say Aah" and "2 Reasons." DJ Eric D-Lux
then dropped "Invented Sex" which then led into "Bottoms
Up" while fans roared, belting word for word as Trey led them acapella. All the while leading the charge from his VIP
section, the music superstar graciously provided shots to the nearby table that
was celebrating a birthday as well as to fans on the dance floor.
Also
spotted at TAO Nightclub on Friday was rapper Tyga along with reality star
Scott Disick who took in the revelry from VIP tables in the center of the club.
After Trey Songz' medley of hits, Tyga decided to keep the surprises rolling as
he jumped into the DJ booth, shouting out Trey and his performance. Alongside
DJ Eric D-Lux and Disick, Tyga continued to keep the party going with an
energetic delivery of "Faded"
and "Hijack."
