The
fourth annual FOOD & WINE All-Star Weekend will have foodies flocking to
Las Vegas October 4-6 to meet and dine with some of the most celebrated chefs
in the world, including Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina, Shawn McClain and more.
Hosted
at iconic resorts ARIA Resort & Casino, Bellagio and MGM Grand, Nevada

Highlights include:
· Six-Course Bliss with Chef Joël
Robuchon: Gourmands! Foodies! Gastronomists! Let me you ears, eyes and
especially your taste buds! “Chef of the
Century” Joël Robuchon will personally prepare guests an unforgettable
six-course menu with a wine pairing at his eponymous restaurant at MGM Grand –
the only restaurant in Las Vegas to garner three Michelin stars. At the end of
the meal, diners will receive the chef’s cookbook signed by Robuchon himself.
· Afterhours with Shawn McClain: The
hottest new restaurant on The Strip, FIVE50 Pizza Bar at ARIA, will host a

Shawn McClain will showcase his first casual concept in a fun event for those
who like to party after hours.
· Ten Ways to Sushi: Those addicted to
foodie television can witness culinary genius happen before their eyes as MGM
Grand’s Shibuya’s Executive Chef Heather Zheng will demonstrate how to create
10 different dishes out of one tuna. Thereafter, guests will enjoy each of the
10 courses with a refreshing sake pairing.
· Burger Bash with Joël Robuchon and
Michael Mina: Hosted poolside at MGM Grand, seven Vegas restaurants will
compete to create the most delicious burger. Attendees will indulge in the
mouth-watering burgers side-by-side to see if their palates agree with
celebrity chef judges Michael Mina, creator of the newly opened PUB 1842 at MGM
Grand, and Joël Robuchon, who will determine the ultimate Burger Bash champion.
· From Far East to Champagne – Bubbles
Meets Fountains Brunch: The ultimate foodie festival deserves the ultimate
brunch experience to cap off the weekend. Set against the backdrop of the
breathtaking Fountains of Bellagio, guests will dig into cuisine crafted by
Bellagio’s array of celebrated Asian chefs including Akira Back of Yellowtail,
Patrick Lee of Noodles and Hiew Gun Khong of Jasmine and Bellagio’s Executive
Chef Edmund Wong.
