Good
Clean Fun
Saturday
August 17 @ 12 Noon
When
the "Sunset Activists" were arrested for criticizing Metro PD in
sidewalk chalk, city attorneys claimed it would cost $1500 to clean it up. Can
sidewalk chalk be cleaned for less than $1500?
LET'S
SEE!
On
Saturday August 17th at 12 Noon, we will gather at the Metro PD station on 400
South MLK Blvd, for an hour of fun and free speech. Bring the kids, bring a
bite, and bring your opinion!
Do
think we can do better allocating funds than Metro? Remember that new sales tax
increase is in the works, to give even more money to Metro.
Do
you think this tax increase is necessary? We all can see how Metro's overuse of
force on sidewalk chalk while taxpayer money is used to give police helicopter
rides for celebrities!
Is
there an age limit on free speech? Our District Attorney thinks so.
Let's
remind Metro who they are here to protect and serve!
(Water
and brooms will be provided, but more is always better!)
