welcome MAGIC Marketplace attendees with specials available from Monday, Aug.
19 through Wednesday, Aug. 21.
Rice
& Company will offer fashion enthusiasts a tantalizing sushi and sake
combination featuring the Crisp Tuna Sushi Roll and Star Rabbit sake, priced at
$28 per person. Offering a unique blend of fiery flavors, the Crisp Tuna Sushi
Roll is made with spicy tuna, jalapeño, crisp lotus root, roasted almond and
tempura crunch and drizzled with spicy teriyaki sauce. The fiery roll is paired
with the refreshing Star Rabbit sparkling sake infused with blueberry juice.
TENDER
Steak & Seafood will offer five specialty selections for MAGIC attendees,
including the Vine Ripened Heirloom Tomatoes & Buffalo Mozzarella with
micro basil, sea salt and cracked black pepper drizzled with basil infused
extra virgin olive oil, priced at $16; Alaskan King Crab Legs, priced at $35,
cleaned from the shell and served steamed or chilled; the Filet Mignon
Medallion Tasting Trio, featuring samplings of Angus, American Kobe Wagyu and
certified Black Angus beef filet mignons, priced at $85; Pan Roasted Wild
Alaskan Halibut served cioppino-style with clams, mussels, shrimp and crab in a
rich tomato basil sauce, priced at $36; and a side of Australian Winter Black
Truffle Mashed Potatoes served over white truffle oil-infused mashed potatoes,
priced at $20.
