Innovative Dining Group (IDG) continues to
embrace gluten free dining with the introduction of special menus at all Sushi Roku locations. After a positive
response to the Gluten-Free Menu at the group’s newest West Hollywood hot spot,
Chi Lin, Sushi Roku follows suit with a menu showcasing favorites for guests
with wheat aversions.
In
addition to Sushi and Sashimi, which have always been Gluten-Free at Sushi
Roku, IDG has added more extensive offerings with the new menu. Available
during lunch and dinner at all Sushi Roku locations, Gluten-Free Menu items
will be served with a special housemade Gluten-Free Soy Sauce as well as a
special housemade Gluten-Free Ponzu.
Highlights from Sushi
Roku’s Gluten-Free menu include:
· Seared Albacore Sashimi ($16) with
ponzu sauce
· Tofu 3 Ways ($11) with truffle oil,
caviar and lemon oil, and scallions and sesame oil
· Octopus Sashimi “Kyoto Style” ($17)
with herb vinaigrette
· Filet Mignon-Wrapped Asparagus ($17)
with soy mirin sauce
· Sashimi Salad ($18) with frisee and
soy ginger
· Chilean Seabass ($32) with yuzu sauce
· Shima Roll ($17) with shrimp wrapped spicy
tuna, cilantro, and avocado
