Country
music singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves will perform for one night only at
Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que at Treasure Island on July 29 at 9
p.m.
Musgraves
self-released three albums before appearing on the fifth season of “Nashville
Star” on USA Network in 2007 where she placed seventh.
In
2012, Musgraves toured with Lady Antebellum in the United Kingdom, signed her
first major recording studio contract and released her first hit single “Merry
Go Round.” The same year, a song Musgraves co-wrote, “Undermine,” was featured
in the hit ABC television series “Nashville.”
Musgraves
current album, “Same Trailer Different Park,” was released in March.
As
part of Gilley’s Country Summer, there is no charge to attend the performance.
