Las Vegas at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino welcomed top electronic music stars when
they took over the nightlife mecca with a five-day, action-packed lineup, which
began Wednesday, June 19 and continued through Sunday, June 23. In honor of the
eventful weekend of Electronic Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas’ hottest new nightclub
not only had world-renowned DJs spinning for the masses in the main room, but
in addition, it transformed the Ling Ling Club into an extension of the madness
with even more artist programming. The third level nightclub, known for hosting
open format artists, welcomed electronic music sensations for the first time,
giving clubgoers multiple opportunities to see their favorite turntable
maestros under one roof.

Hakkasan Las Vegas was the destination of
choice for dance music fanatics looking to see the superstar DJs. Kicking off
the week, Swedish electro house duo Dada Life performed in the main club room
with Tony Arzadon on Wednesday. On Thursday, Hardwell hit the turntables with
Dannic and Dyro in the main room, as English progressive house DJ Michael Woods
entertained guests in the Ling Ling Club. Starting the weekend off with heart
pounding beats, Hakkasan resident DJ Tiƫsto got the crowd dancing into the
early morning on Friday, while R3hab hit the decks with TJR downstairs in the
Ling Ling Club. GRAMMY-Award winner and Hakkasan resident DJ Calvin Harris kept
the celebration going full throttle in the main room on Saturday with Michael
Woods and took the opportunity to film his "Thinking About You" music
video in the club, while the stunning NERVO twins followed. Wrapping up the
weekend in style, deadmau5 pumped up the crowds on Sunday evening, playing fan
favorite such as "Some Chords" and "Strobe" with DJ Fergie.
The GRAMMY-nominated DJ put on an amazing show complete with custom robots for
guests, which included Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, who arrived around 1:15 am
and sat at a table in the main room with a group of friends.
