Andrea’s,
the Asian dining hotspot in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, celebrates International
Sushi Day on Tuesday, June 18 with a special Omakase dinner. Executive Chef
Joseph Elevado will prepare a series of original sushi and specialty rolls
Omakase, or “Trust the Chef,” style.
Pricing is $80 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

Elevado is renowned for creating energetic modern dishes that combine classic
techniques with a Japanese aesthetic and a lot of fun, fitting for Andrea’s
contemporary “vibe” style of dining. Chef Elevado’s inspired Asian fare,
working in tandem with Andrea’s glamorous and modern surroundings and music
specially programmed by “musical chef” Steve Angello, helps to stimulate a
lively, interactive group dining experience.
