Starting
on Saturday, June 22nd and continuing every Saturday & Sunday thereafter,
Bagatelle Beach, an exclusive pool club experience in the heart of the Las
Vegas Strip, will reintroduce its infamous champagne brunch now with an indoor
dining option featuring Executive Chef Adam Hickman’s new bubbly-friendly menu
items.
Bagatelle
Beach brunch will now be offered either atop the outdoor bistro-style
restaurant overlooking the vibrant pool experience or indoors in the exuberant
restaurant setting. Guests can enjoy two varying brunch experiences—the lively
DJ and pool environment in the only outdoor dining oasis on the strip, or
inside while listening to smooth jazz under neon-lit chandeliers, offering
guests an escape from the summer heat and an opportunity to refuel with
Bagatelle’s new brunch menu between sand volleyball sets and poolside dips.
Executive
Chef Adam Hickman debuts brings the infamous Bagatelle cuisine to the new
brunch menu with items such as rich Nutella and berry-stuffed French toast ($18),
lobster omelet ($35) stuffed with sautéed spinach, white cheddar cheese and
creamy avocado, or the Crab Oscar
Benedict ($27), toasted English muffins topped with lump crab cakes, lightly
charred asparagus, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce and a dense square of
potato-onion hash on the side.
The
gourmet poolside cuisine will continue to be served with appetizers ($14-$18)
such as Fresh Snapper Ceviche, a variety of main dishes, sandwiches and salads
($12-$21) including staples like the BBQ Chicken Flatbread, Hangover Helper
(Bacon, Egg, Cheese on a Croissant), Thai Steak Salad (Soy Marinated Thai
Steak, Pickled Carrots, Roasted Peanuts, Ginger Miso Vinaigrette) and Blackened
Mahi Tacos (Lime Avocado Crema, Salsa, Cabbage) and a classic Cheese Quesadilla
with all the fix ins.
Hand-crafted
cocktails include custom libations such as the Pamplemousse (Avion Tequila,
fresh grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice), A’Riki Tiki (Cruzan Banana, Cruzan
Pineapple, coconut cream and pineapple juice) and Sangri-Le (Ciroc Peach,
ginger liqueur, wine, seasonal fruit), along with a slew of bottle service
options encouraging guests to experience the luxurious setting, pop champagne and indulge themselves all day
and into the night.
Bagatelle
Beach is open from 11AM to 6PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; the weekend
“Bagatelle Brunch” experience, transported from the Bagatelle locations in New
