producer, Moët and Chandon, to create an unforgettable night of education and
cuisine on Friday, June 14 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The evening includes the
pairing of an array of elegant dishes with the perfect champagne accompaniment
for $75 a person.
The
first course features the fresh Moët Ice Imperial paired with a Trio of Canapé
including Savory Crab Gougère and Smoked Salmon & Caviar Blini. Enjoy the
alluring Moët Imperial with D’Artagnan Chicken for the second course, followed
by Moët Brut Imperial 2004 served with Lobster Americaine. For the final
course, savor in the flamboyant Nectar Impérial Rosé with Flourless Orange
Petit Gateâu au Chocolat.
