Ringo
Starr and his All Starr Band will celebrate the end a two-month Latin American
Tour with a two-night stop in Las Vegas at The Pearl inside Palms Casino Resort
on Nov. 22 and 23, 2013 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $70, plus any additional
service fees.
Starr has been having so much fun with this
incarnation of the All Starr Band, with whom he just wrapped a tour in the
Pacific Rim including dates in New Zealand, Australia and Japan, that he has
announced another leg of tour dates. Starr and the band which features Steve
Lukather (Toto), Gregg Rolie (Santana; Journey), Richard Page (Mr. Mister),
Todd Rundgren, Mark Rivera and Gregg Bissonette, will head to Latin America for
14 shows, with just these two U.S. dates at The Pearl.
This announcement comes on the heels of the
UMe Worldwide DVD release, “Ringo at the Ryman,” a live performance filmed at
the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Starr's birthday last July 7.
The special took placing during the group’s summer tour.
In conjunction with Record Store Day on April
20, UMe released a Ringo Starr
seven-inch vinyl singles collection, featuring “Photograph,” “It Don’t Come
Easy” and “(It’s All Down To) Goodnight Vienna.”
On June 12, The GRAMMY Museum will launch “Ringo: Peace & Love,” the
first major exhibition to focus on a drummer and the first on Starr.
Doors at the Pearl will open at 7 p.m. and
show time is 8 p.m. The Pearl Box Office is open daily from noon until 7 p.m.
with extended hours on select event days. Follow The Pearl on Twitter at
