Veteran
alt-rock band Yellowcard dove into its pop-punk set at the Boulevard Pool on May 16, performing as part of the Set Your Life to Music series at The
Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. After returning from a three-year hiatus in 2011,
Yellowcard has proven it still has what it takes to keep fans moving. The group
powered through songs from the latest release When You’re Through Thinking, Say
Yes, and made fans sing along with older favorites “Ocean Avenue,” “Lights and
Sounds” and “Only One.”
As
the sun sets over The Strip each Thursday night, the Boulevard Pool deck comes
to life with the energy of Las Vegas during the Set Your Life to Music series.
From the aroma of the outdoor grills to the sounds of hand-crafted cocktails
being stirred, guests can revel in the spirit of music at the intimate outdoor
venue. Doors open at 7 p.m. with celebrated DJ Mike Attack spinning before
headliners take the stage at 9 p.m.
The
Set Your Life to Music series features:
