XS the
sophisticated nightclub in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, celebrated four years of
business last night and an incredible year maintaining an impeccable presence
in the nightlife industry including its position as the No. 1 nightclub in the
country based on Nightclub & Bar’s Top 100 rankings. Resident DJ and global
superstar, David Guetta headlined the evening for a sold out, passionate crowd.
David
arrived shortly after 1 am and took time to pose with the executive team and
celebratory anniversary cake before jumping on stage to take over for Sultan
& Ned Shepard. Last night’s production included a spinning DJ booth
allowing David to cater to the every need of his fans spanning throughout the
40,000-square-foot venue, both inside on the dance floor and outdoors
surrounding the club’s famous sparkling pool.
His
eclectic set included everything from his own chart-topping hits to dubstep
mixes and had the crowd singing along to every word of tracks like “Titanium,”
“Without You” and “She Wolf.” He played into the early hours of the morning
with his admirers packing the dance floor and the XS executive staff
celebrating alongside from the stage.
In
four years, XS has made a lasting mark on the nightlife industry. Three of its
four, it has landed in the no. 1 spot on Nightclub & Bar’s Top 100 list,
making it the highest earning venue in the country. It was also honored as the
Mega-Club of the year by Nightclub & Bar in its debut year and again this
year when it was eligible to return as the victor. Leading the electronic dance
music explosion in the United States, the club has been dubbed “Las Vegas’
dance music mecca” by MTV and “the Yankees of nightlife” by Rolling Stone.
Managing
Partner Jesse Waits recently told press, “We have no plans to slow down any
time soon. Our executive team works day and night to ensure we offer our guests
stellar events, celebrated DJs, impeccable service and an incomparable
experience for years to come.”
