Chef Carla Pellegrino’s new restaurant, Meatball Spot at Town Square Las Vegas,
now offers $3 happy hour fare and cocktails from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., and
Industry Happy Hour from 9 p.m. to close, every Monday through Friday.
The
popular hot-spot’s new happy hour offerings include options such as Meatball
Sliders, made with choice of meatball and sauce, or slice of pizza with one
topping of choice. Pellegrino’s Happy Hour and Industry Happy Hour menu will
also include Rigatoni or Spaghetti with choice of one of five sauces, all
priced at $3.
Patrons
can also enjoy well drinks, draft beer and sangria selections during happy hour
and Industry Happy Hour, priced at $3. All Happy Hour specials are available in
Meatball Spot’s bar area, restaurant and patio.
A
dynamic restaurant and a bar made for mingling come together at the new
Meatball Spot, located across from AMC Theatres at Town Square. Featuring the
celebrated fare of renowned chef Carla Pellegrino and a compelling cocktail
menu, Meatball Spot offers meatball dishes, pizzas, salads and a gelato bar, as
well as an array of mojitos, sangrias and cocktail floats. French country design
unites with a SoHo meets Malibu setting at the new restaurant, where a white
picket fence frames a spacious patio with a garden-style setting outside and a
lively bar is the centerpiece to the dining room inside. Meatball Spot is open for lunch, dinner and
late-night dining, daily: Monday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Carla Pellegrino is known around the world for her culinary expertise.
Pellegrino is currently the Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan
Cantina, and Executive Chef of Meatball Spot at Town Square Las Vegas. The
dynamic chef, who was previously the Executive Chef of Rao’s Las Vegas at
Caesars Palace, has been featured in numerous national media outlets,
including: “The Today Show,” “CBS This Morning,” “Fox News,” “Bon Appetit” and
“Food & Wine” magazine. Pellegrino’s restaurant, Bratalian, was named “Best
New Restaurant,” while her restaurant, Bacio, was named “Best Italian
Restaurant,” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards in
2011. Pellegrino has been recognized multiple times by the esteemed James Beard
Foundation as the host of the organization’s “Spring in Italy” and “Women in
