“Top Chef” Carla Pellegrino will serve up a specially-made dish, which will
feature an Irish Banger Meatball Bowl to commemorate the feast of Saint
Patrick. Pellegrino’s signature meatballs will be made with pork and bacon,
mixed with sage and Pellegrino’s Irish spice blend, on a bed of mashed
potatoes, topped with Guinness Mushroom Gravy. Patrons can enjoy Pellegrino’s
Irish Banger Meatball Bowl all day long, priced at $10.99.
