Michel Richard at Caesars Palace will celebrate Easter Sunday with celebratory
deviled eggs and an enticing Eggs Benedict Trio on Sunday, March 31.
Executive
Chef Todd Harrington has arranged a mouthwatering trio featuring traditional
eggs benedict made with homemade hollandaise sauce, a slow poached egg and
hand-sliced Canadian bacon; a smoked salmon eggs benedict made with signature
salmon lox from Michel Blanchet and crispy-fried capers; and a short rib eggs
benedict made with Syrah hollandaise and house braised short rib. The eggs
benedict trio will be paired with a trio of mimosas for $25 per person.
Michel’s signature deviled eggs, priced at $8, will also be served in Easter pastel
colors to celebrate the occasion.
